Our experience shows
that Clients that get funded are capable of providing
investors in existing and/or new private companies concise
answers to four primary questions:

What is the product or service?
- Does the management team have the experience
to implement the business model?
- What is the demand for the product or service,
now and in the future?
- How much money will I make and when will I make
money?
Successful investors
are quick to gauge how convincing a story is simply
by the answers that they obtain to the four questions
above. We have a BFM process which permits us to ask
the "right"
questions, necessary to determine the structure(s) and
source(s) of the financing requested.
Procedures
Step
1:
Review of your existing financial and operating data,
including projections and previous financing applications
and research facts, conclusions, and projections in
existing data to determine viability.
Step
2a:
If a Business Plan has not been produced, we engage
in e-mail/telephone interviews with you to discuss existing
data and result of research, including recommendations
for preparing the executive summary and business plan.
Step
2b:
If the Business Plan has been prepared, we review its
contents for integrity and adequacy according to our
internal standards and where necessary, we prepare a
revised version.
Step
3:
We then proceed to assemble a Fund Raising Plan which
will include:
- - Executive Summary
- - Business Plan
- - 3/5 Years Financial Projections
- - PowerPoint Presentation
- - Offering Memorandum
