the cheklist here) is available or can be assembled
within the time frame of negotiations.

in the project and sufficient cash balance to support
the fund raising process.
ATTENTION:
NO lender/investor/investment bank will accept to
spend time on a project without firm commitment
by the client. This means that the term sheet from
lender /investor /investment bank will include at
some stage, depending on the firm, a retainer and/or
application fee and/or due diligence fee, in addition
to other terms.
