BEI
collaborates with two types of partners:

Referring
partners: partners who refer Clients to BEI for
Funding

Funding
Partners: partners who syndicate loans or loan directly
to BEI's Clients
Both type of
partners are required to sign an NCND & Fee sharing
Agreement with BEI.
The fee sharing
schedule is an equal share of the Broker's Commission
among all partners involved.
No Daisy Chain
situations are allowed: a maximum of 3 brokers ( Referring
+ BEI + Funding) will be accepted.
